Porcelain Insulator
Oil-paper condenser bushing for 220 kV transformers
The figure shows a 220 kV oil‑impregnated paper‑insulated capacitive bushing, a critical ancillary component for 220 kV main transformers and converter station equipment. It serves as the core element for high‑voltage winding leadout, ground insulation, and current conduction, and is widely used in regional substations as well as in thermal, hydroelectric, and renewable‑energy step‑up substations.
72.5 kV–110 kV Oil-impregnated Paper Capacitive High-Voltage Bushing
72.5 kV–110 kV Oil-impregnated Paper Capacitive High-Voltage Bushing – Product Overview Core Application: Installed on the tank wall of power transformers and reactors to lead the high-voltage winding leads from inside the oil tank to the exterior, while providing electrical insulation and mechanical support, and withstanding operating voltage, short-circuit current, and mechanical stresses. Structural Features: 1. The internal insulation consists of an oil-impregnated paper capacitive core, with a capacitance grading design that optimizes the electric field distribution. 2. The external insulation is a brown porcelain bushing; its shed configuration provides adequate creepage distance and pollution resistance. 3. The top features a metal oil conservator (with oil-level indicator), while the bottom incorporates a cable-passing/conductive rod assembly; flanges are provided for mounting and securing the bushing. Applicable Applications and Standards: Widely used in power transformers and reactors across various voltage levels, complying with standards such as IEC 60137, GB/T 4109, and GB/T 775.1.
