- Commodity name: 72.5 kV–110 kV Oil-impregnated Paper Capacitive High-Voltage Bushing
72.5 kV–110 kV Oil-impregnated Paper Capacitive High-Voltage Bushing – Product Overview Core Application: Installed on the tank wall of power transformers and reactors to lead the high-voltage winding leads from inside the oil tank to the exterior, while providing electrical insulation and mechanical support, and withstanding operating voltage, short-circuit current, and mechanical stresses. Structural Features: 1. The internal insulation consists of an oil-impregnated paper capacitive core, with a capacitance grading design that optimizes the electric field distribution. 2. The external insulation is a brown porcelain bushing; its shed configuration provides adequate creepage distance and pollution resistance. 3. The top features a metal oil conservator (with oil-level indicator), while the bottom incorporates a cable-passing/conductive rod assembly; flanges are provided for mounting and securing the bushing. Applicable Applications and Standards: Widely used in power transformers and reactors across various voltage levels, complying with standards such as IEC 60137, GB/T 4109, and GB/T 775.1.
